Privacy policy

Truffaut is a digital gift studio, still in pre-launch. This policy explains, in plain words, what data we collect on this site, why, and what you can ask us about it. Truffaut is based in Brazil, so we follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law nº 13.709/2018).

Who is responsible

Truffaut is created and run by Lucas Apolinário, who is responsible for the data described here. For anything about privacy, reach us on Instagram @usetruffaut.

What we collect

What we use it for

We don't sell your data, we don't use it for ads, and we don't send spam. Your contact is used based on your consent; anonymous answers, based on our legitimate interest in understanding the product.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that run the site and store the answers: hosting and visit measurement (Vercel), the database (Supabase) and, if you accept cookies, usage measurement (Microsoft Clarity), which process the data on our behalf. Some of these services may store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD.

Cookies

The only service that uses cookies is Microsoft Clarity, and it only loads if you accept in the notice. Declining changes nothing on the site. You can change your choice anytime under "Cookie preferences" in the home page footer.

How long we keep it

Answers are kept while they help us decide on the launch and the product. Your contact is kept until launch and, after that, until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw consent for your contact. Just message us on Instagram @usetruffaut.

Changes to this policy

When Truffaut launches (with accounts, published gifts, and payments), this policy will be updated to cover that data. The date at the top shows the current version.
